The features your app has are built to suit your needs. You can select from a pre-selected collection of features to launch your app quickly, or hand-select the features you need to offer a customized and tailored experience that your Market Center needs and your agents expect.
Connection
Part of Connexus' mission is to build community within Market Centers. Connecting agents with fellow agents to help them learn from each others strengths and to aid in reducing attrition.
Groups
With Groups, agents are able to join the different groups or committees within your Market Center. New agents can come together to share successes, your Culture Committee can plan the upcoming Fall Festival, and your ALC members can communicate in one place.
Your agents can post text posts or photos, and view other members who are part of the community.
Agent Directory
Let your agents quickly and easily get in touch with each other with the Agent Directory. Chat with an agent in the hallway but forgot to grab their contact information? Just search their name in the directory and find their contact information, languages spoken, and more!
ConnexMLS
ConnexMLS is the ultimate tool in connecting your agents with each other to advertise their properties. No more mass emails to the office with a new listing, just make a post in ConnexMLS and share all of the details with your office, or even your entire family of offices.
Communication
Whether you have 100 or 1,000 agents, communication is key in ensuring your agents are in-the-know of Market Center happenings. Connexus comes with a suite of tools so agents are always in the know, and can communicate with you on their own time.
News
The News feature allows you to keep your agents in the know of anything noteworthy in the Market Center. An upcoming class, an agent becoming a capper for the first time, or even market or Keller Williams news.
Recordings
Hosted a class that you want to make sure as many agents as possible can see? The recordings feature allows you to post how-to videos or class recordings for agents to watch anytime.
Calendar
The Calendar is one of the most powerful tools in Connexus. Your agents can see all of their upcoming classes and Market Center events in one place. They can RSVP for events and receive the RSVP invite and have it added to their KW calendar. And they can also watch live events right from their phone or computer by clicking the Watch Live button.
Suggestions
Suggestions is a great way to provide your agents with a unified method of reaching out to you with concerns or bug reports regarding the app. Agents can select a category, submit a short text blurb of their suggestion, and can even include a photo of the report.
Forms
Forms are a super flexible tool allowing you to create custom forms. One use of them is to create an in-app Pay At Close Request form. Agents can upload all of the info, click submit, and you'll receive it directly to your email.
Control Panel
The Control Panel feature is essentially the Admin Console dialed up to 11. Track form submissions, upload and manage agent user information, and deeply manage all aspects of your Market Center right from the Control Panel.

Checklists
With Checklists, you can track & customize lists for Leadership or Agents. A great use of this tool is as an in-app Onboarding list for new agents. They'll keep up with their tasks, and you can track their progress on your end.
Support
Your agents may need assistance at any time, and they might not know who they need to reach out to for support. With the Support feature, they have quick access to answers.
Store
Have Market Center merch, marketing materials, or services for sale for your agents to utilize? The built-in store allows you to accept payments right through the app for physical or digital goods! All payments are processed through Stripe for a safe, secure, and familiar experience!
Toolkit
The Toolkit is a handy tool that gives agents a jumping off point to access all of the Keller Williams, marketing, or agent tools available to them. Just one tap and it takes you right to the website for the tool. No more having to memorize the web address!
Directory
The Directory allows you to provide Agents with a one-stop shop for all of the contact information they may need. Leadership members, ALC, New Agent Mentors, PC Coaches, and even your preferred vendors. No matter when they need an HVAC tech, they'll always have their info close at hand.
