Connexus Studio Subprocessors
To support the delivery of our Services, Connexus Studio ("Connexus", or "we" or "us" or "our") may engage and use data processors, subcontractors or content delivery networks with access to our potentially have access to customer data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor.

Engaging Subprocessors
Prior to engaging with any Third-Party subprocessor, Connexus and the framework uses a commercially reasonable selection process to ensure any Subprocessor we use meets our requirements for security, privacy, and confidentiality. We review all subprocessors regularly to ensure they still meet the original requirements and any additional requirements that may have risen.
Infrastructure Subprocessors
Connexus and the framework use infrastructure and storage services from Third-Party infrastructure providers to store Customer Data or provide additional services as needed to help with the delivery of our Services. The addition, subtraction, and change of subprocessors may occur in the best interest of our clients.

Glide is an online spreadsheet service that the infrastructure uses to read and update application data, application usage information, and information about application users.

Amazon Web Services Inc.
AWS (Amazon Web Services) is a Cloud Service Provider. Connexus uses AWS services for sending SMS app invites via SNS (Simple Notification Service).

Cloudinary
Cloudinary is an image optimization service that Connexus uses to generate thumbnails of images displayed in applications.

Courier
Courier is a transactional email platform, used to send transactional emails to customers and users.
​
Fly.io
Fly is an edge network that Connexus uses to serve content and delivery application functionality on servers geographically closest to users.

Google, Inc (Google Cloud Platform)
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is Google's portfolio of internet application services. Connexus uses GCP to store application data and files.

Mapbox
Mapbox provides the map display and address lookup functionality in Connexus apps.
​
Mailgun
Mailgun is an email delivery service, that delivers emails sent with Connexus apps.

Sendgrid
Sendgrid is an email delivery service, that delivers emails sent with Connexus apps.

Zapier, Inc
Zapier is an online automation tool that connects apps, such as Gmail, Slack and more to be utilized with the Connexus platform. Zapier is integrated in Connexus as an option service provided to users who want to incorporate Zapier interactions.
Service-Specific Subprocessors
Connexus and the framework work with certain Third Parties to provide specific functionality. These subprocessors access a restricted set of Customer Data, as listed by their entity name, applicable service, and purpose below.

Google, Inc. (Google Workspace) | Support
Connexus uses Google Workspace, specifically, Gmail, for email services to communicate internally and externally to customers and users.

HubSpot, Inc. | CRM
HubSpot, Inc for client relationship management to maintain contact information and communication.

Wave, Inc. | Billing
Connexus uses Wave, Inc to collect and process credit card transactions and process purchase orders.

SendInBlue, Inc. | Email Marketing
Connexus uses SendInBlue, Inc to email customers and users about news and updates (e.g. newsletter) and for general email marketing.

BotStar, Inc. | In-App Chat
Connexus uses BotStar, Inc. in certain applications to allow application users to access a chatbot feature for support and FAQs.
Analytics Subprocessors
Connexus and the framework may use certain Third Parties for analytics or predictive services. These Third Parties may have access to aggregated datasets of anonymized customer data or may collect anonymous usage information via technologies such as cookies or IP address collection. Connex​us and the framework use Google Analytics to provide analytics data regarding users' interactions with our Site and Services.

As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide you with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here. Please check back frequently for updates.
