When does my app update with changes?
It depends on what changes you make. Changes that are added within the app sync with the database in seconds. Manual changes to the data in your app-when a person edits values in cells, adds or removes rows, etc-are synced to apps within three minutes, although sometimes these changes will happen immediately. Changes to the layout of your app by Connexus-changing features, themes, or other settings-can take up to 10 minutes to appear in existing apps, but should be availabe immediately for new users.
How do I install a Glide app?
Open the app's link and your browser will prompt you to add the app to your homescreen. Your app will automativally update with new features and information. On iOS, make sure to open the link in Safari. On iPhone: 1. Open the link in Safari. 2. At the way bottom of the screen, click the Share button (square with an arrow coming out of it). 3. In the Share Sheet, scroll down a little bit, then click the "Add to Home Screen" button. 4. Click "Add". On Android: 1. Open the link in your browser. 2. Click your browser's menu button 3. Click the "add to homescreen" option. 4. Confirm that you want to add the app to your homescreen.
Can I list my app in the App Store & Google Play Store?
Short answer, no. Apps from Connexus Studio are not published to the App Store or Google Play Store. Long answer, apps from Connexus Studio are PWAs (Progressive Web Apps), ensuring compatibility with essentially any device that can access the internet. Whether your agent has the newest iPhone, or is still rocking a Blackberry Pearl, they'll be able to use your Market Center app all the same.

What should I use Connexus?
Connexus uses the systems you already have in place to better streamline the agent experience. While also increasing productivity, agent engagement, builds community and reduces agent attrition by offering the tools agents expect in this modern age. Data shows that introducing Connexus to your Market Center can more than double agent use of Market Center tools, almost triples event/training attendance, cuts agent attrition in half, and handles even the most demanding user loads with ease.
What is the value of Connexus?
The value of Connexus is in fostering relationships with and between agents to develop them into being the best real estate professional they can be. Studies find that agents who are engaged within their Market Center are, at minimum, 30% more productive than unengaged agents. As well, agents who regularly attend training within the Market Center see an almost 200% increase in their GCI which directly correlates with the Market Centers profit. Lastly, each agent lost is a lost revenue stream. By giving agents the tools they need to succeed, they are more productive which generates higher GCI therefore bringing in more revenue to the Market Center. As well, each potential loss of an agent that is avoided unlocks that revenue stream of potential revenue. What is the process to get started?
To get started, review the plans above, select "Get Started" and complete the short form to submit your request for a no obligation FREE consultation! This consultation will help us determine which tools and services will be the best fit for your team, your agents, and your Market Center. Only after the consultation and determining the best plan for your Market Center will we move forward with the programming process.
When am I charged?
You will not be charged the initial setup fee until after we have concluded your free consultation and have selected the right plan to better your Market Center and agent experience. The initial setup fee is charged prior to any design or creation work. The monthly or annual fee is not charged until your app is ready for wide release to the Market Center.
Am I charged for agents who join the Market Center?
You are not charged extra when an agent joins your Market Center. The only time you would be charged in this case is if your plan has a cap on the number of agents the system can support. In that case, we will work with you to upgrade your plan to support additional accounts.
Am I able to upgrade anytime?
Yes, whether by necessity (for example, reaching the max amount of agents in your plan), or if you just want to upgrade, you can upgrade anytime. If you are upgrading midway through a monthly or annual plan, you will be charged the prorated amount of the upgrade price at time of upgrade, with the full upgrade price taking effect on your next billing cycle.
How do I downgrade?
If you need to downgrade, please reach out to us and let us know. You will be able to downgrade your service plan if downgrading your account does not push you over the quota of any of the lower plans (for example: user count, Zapier integrations, etc). Your downgrade will take effect on your next renewal period. We do not offer credits or refunds for downgrades at this time.
