Your Connexus app is going to be used by many more people than just experienced agents. Let's go through the different status available!

When you release your Connexus app you'll have a massive influx of users that are experienced agents already within your Market Center, but what about after that?

Market Centers and us have found that everyone within the Market Center wants to join the app. Brand new agents just now joining, vendors, OPs and MCAs and more. So how can you tailor their experience of the app, and protect your agents information from those who don't have the privileges of accessing it?

That's where the Status tag for your users come in! Let's take a look at the pre-built Status' built into every Connexus app.

Agent

The Agent status are for your experienced agents that have been with the Market Center for a while. This gives them access to all of the features of the app. From submitting pay-at-close requests, watching class recordings, searching through the list of agents in the Market Center, the works!

New Agent

The New Agent status is just that, the status for New Agents. This gives them access to everything that the regular Agents status can access, with one extra feature - the Onboarding Checklist. New Agents are able to view their onboarding checklist right in the app, marking the tasks that they've completed and see what their next steps are. As a member of Leadership, you'll be able to see all of the tasks they've completed within your Control Panel so you can make sure they're staying on track.

Leadership

The Leadership status is built just members of the Leadership team. When a member of Leadership is using the Agent app, they'll be able to make quick edits to certain features. Edit the details of a calendar event on the fly, edit an agents information, or fix a typo in a news post.

Admin

The Admin status gives you full access to the app as a member of Leadership. You'll be able to delete events, news posts, Groups posts, and more. While also retaining all of the privileges the Leadership tag gives you.

Vendor

The Vendor status is for your Market Centers vendors who want to be a part of the app. They can view the news feed, participate in the various Groups, and keep up to date with events in the Calendar. They don't have access to unnecessary information such as the agent search, class recordings, pay-at-close requests, and more.

Removed

The Removed status is used for agents that have left the Market Center. This prevents them from seeing any of your apps pages, only showing them a screen stating that they do not have permission to view the app and to reach out to a member of Leadership if they believe this is an error.

Revoked

The Revoked status allows you to block a users access to the app for any reason. For example, you could revoke a users access to the app if the have not paid their office dues, or if they consistently misuse your app. To reinstate access, just switch their Status to Agent or New Agent and their access is restored immediately.

And there you go! The 7 Statuses available to you by default in Connexus. When creating your own Connexus app you can even specify additional Statuses or tweak the privileges given by each status. Allowing you to customize the experience for your users to fit the needs of your own Market Center.
